Quote requests are shared with independent partner solar companies who may contact you about your project. Solar Panels Cambridge is an information resource and installer-matching service, not a solar installer or financing provider.

Information collected
When you request quotes, the form collects your name, email, phone number, installation address, property and roof details, electricity spending, battery interest, and installation timeframe. The submission includes a TrustedForm certificate URL and site-identifying fields. Privacy or partner inquiries sent by email contain the information you choose to include.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Analytics to understand visits to the website. Vercel describes page-view tracking and aggregated statistics in its Web Analytics privacy documentation.
The hosting platform also provides Cloudflare Insights (Cloudflare Web Analytics). Cloudflare describes its analytics as measuring page views, visits, and website performance. These analytics services are separate from the information you choose to submit in a quote request.
Use and sharing
We use quote-request information to support installer matching and follow-up about your project, and inquiry information to respond to your questions. The quote form transmits your request through our submission service for processing and sharing with independent partner solar companies. Those companies handle their own communications and services. Ask any company that contacts you about its privacy practices.
Technical providers support website operation, analytics, and consent documentation. The complete provider inventory and the scope of information each provider retains have not been verified for this policy; contact us for clarification before submitting if you have concerns.
Retention
A fixed retention period has not been verified. Contact us to ask what information is retained, for how long, and whether it can be deleted. Copies already provided to independent partners are subject to their own retention practices; ask those partners about their records as well.
Your choices
You can browse the information pages without requesting quotes. To request an opt-out from future sharing, use the email instructions on Do Not Sell or Share. The email link does not submit a request until you send the message. You can also email requests to access, correct, or delete information; ask us to confirm the request’s status and any limitations.
